WAIVER: In consideration of my acceptance of this entry I intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all claims for personal damage I may have against the town of Barnstable, Massachusetts that the event is being held in, organizers, B.A. Event Promotions, Paul W. Collyer, all sponsors of the race, Cape Cod Athletic Club, all volunteers and I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this event. I also understand that there are no refunds regardless of the circumstances including a cancellation due to acts of god and that tee shirts and all merchandise ordered must be picked up at the race expo on Saturday May 26, 2012 or on race day May 27, 2012 -we will not mail out.
